Terms & Conditions
Booking requests
Submitting the booking form sends a request only. Every request is received with the status “Pending Confirmation”. Your appointment is not confirmed until Pretty Salon contacts you directly.
Confirmation & changes
We will contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to confirm your date, time and service. If your preferred time is unavailable we will offer the closest option. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Payments
No payment is required to send a booking request. We accept Zelle, debit card and cash. Payment arrangements will be confirmed by Pretty Salon after your appointment request has been approved.
Services & results
Service duration depends on hair length, texture and the style chosen. Photos on this website are professional examples of the services we offer; individual results vary. Please tell us about allergies, sensitivities or previous treatments before your appointment.
Arrival & lateness
Please arrive on time so we can complete your service comfortably. Late arrivals may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
